BehaviorStacks is an educational platform designed to help BCBA® candidates prepare for their certification exam through:

• Adaptive learning algorithms that personalize study content
• Interactive question banks and practice assessments
• Progress tracking and performance analytics
• Multiple learning modes including hearts, questions, and timed modes
• Mock exams and study materials
• Community features and support resources

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts

Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You may not share your account credentials with others
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

Subscription Plans

• We offer various subscription plans with different features and pricing
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All prices are in USD and subject to applicable taxes
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

Billing and Refunds

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are provided at our discretion and may be subject to conditions
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings

Permitted Uses

• Personal study and exam preparation
• Accessing educational content and features
• Participating in community discussions and support
• Sharing your progress and achievements

Prohibited Activities

• Sharing account credentials or allowing unauthorized access
• Attempting to reverse engineer or hack our platform
• Using automated tools to access or scrape content
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
• Distributing malicious software or harmful content
• Attempting to circumvent security measures or payment systems

Our Content

All content on BehaviorStacks, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video, and software, is the property of Hoom House LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to our platform. By using our service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide our services.

BACB Trademarks

BCBA®®, RBT®, BACB®, and other BACB® trademarks are registered trademarks of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board® ("BACB®"). BehaviorStacks is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the BACB®.

Educational Purpose

BehaviorStacks is designed for educational and exam preparation purposes only. We do not guarantee that using our platform will result in passing any certification exam or achieving any specific learning outcomes.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hoom House LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of our service.

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that harm our service or other users.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. We may delete your account and data, though some information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our service shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
